These terms cover your use of the Radian website and the pre-launch beta list. Radian is a desktop app for running coding agents, still in development. The app itself will carry its own terms of service at launch; those will govern the software once it ships.
The website
The site is provided for information about Radian and is offered as is, while the product is being built. Features described here are in active development and may change, ship later, or not ship at all. We do not guarantee the site is always available or error-free.
The beta list
Joining the beta list means we may email you about the Radian beta. It does not guarantee that you will receive access, or when; invites go out in waves as capacity grows. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and do not submit other people's details to the beta list without their consent.
Intellectual property
The Radian name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. Product and company names referenced on the site, such as the coding agents Radian runs with, belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this pre-launch website. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
